What's Involved
Volunteers are required to assist with a number of ladies social groups run by The Redeemer Family Resource Centre in Dundalk
The role is to assist the current volunteer (and occasionally fill in for) with setting up the room and activities, ensuring that there is refreshments on site
The group in Redeemer is approximately 10 Ladies that have been together for a long time. They meet on Thursday 1.30pm-4pm.
The volunteer is also required to chat with, and support the ladies in a friendly and light hearted environment.
What's required for this position
We are looking for volunteers that have a passion for Older people and a friendly face, as this group is a fun, light hearted social outlet for older ladies. Volunteers must have a positive attitude, a pleasant manner and excellent communication skills.
Level of English required for this role:
Fluent English
